  Chaunte’ holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Applied Management as well as a Master of Public Administration   
  (MPA)  with an emphasis in Government & Policy.

  A twenty-five-year US Air Force Veteran, Dr. Steven Hall has served in joint- international commands throughout the globe and has   
  extensive experience working within diverse cultures. In addition to having a comprehensive working knowledge of regulatory governance   
  and compliance at both Federal/State levels, as well as the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs, Dr. Hall also has wide-ranging   
  background experience in postsecondary education and workforce development. 
  He received both his B.S. Business, Applied Management and Masters Public Administration (MPA) in Government & Policy degrees from Grand Canyon University and his Ph. D. in Higher Educational Leadership.

  Kevin Doffing most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer of Combined Arms, a collaborative impact organization of veteran     
  serving organizations and the largest community of veterans and their families in Houston. He graduated from Texas A&M University in   
  2004 and left active duty service from the Army in 2008 and took over his family business, Sam’s Safety Equipment. 
  Kevin joined LSVA as a volunteer assisting with job placement in, then joined the board of directors in 2013. In 2016 Kevin became the   
  CEO for LSVA, expanding the organizations community building initiatives until merging the agency with Combined Arms in 2019.

  Ned Mueller served as a Marine fighter pilot and test pilot, then program and project manager in human spaceflight vehicles followed by
  work in the upstream Oil & Gas industry. He is Founder and CEO of Mueller Consultants, LLC, providing services in Operational Risk   
  Management and Senior Leadership consulting. He currently serves as a Silver Fox Advisor and the Entrepreneur in Residence at   
  Houston  Community College’s (HCC) Center for Entrepreneurship Southeast. In addition to serving as an Executive Board Member for   
  Target Evolution, Ned also instructs in HCC’s Amazon Small Business Academy.

  Maggie Peterson was one of the first female C-130 Loadmasters in the United States Air Force.  She served 10 honorable years with a
  total of five combat deployments.  Maggie is currently a Veteran Entrepreneur Business Consultant with the Texas Veterans Commission.   
  She is also the Founder of Camp Shield; a 501(c)3 nonprofit that serves female veterans. Maggie has a Bachelor of Science in Business
  Information Systems, and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and a Graduate Certificate in
  Nonprofit Leadership.

  Timothy Stroud is a former combat medic in the United States Army.  He served his country for four and a half years of active service with    deployments to Kosovo and Iraq. After his honorable discharge from the military, Tim started several businesses in Texas that focused on
  supporting veterans as they transitioned back to civilian life. He created an Army Wall of Fame at Ft. Hood, helped build TexVet.org and
  founded the Killeen Police Department Law Enforcement Assistance Fund (KPD LEAF) in honor of his father, who was killed in the line of   
  duty. Tim secured a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management and his Masters in Servant Leadership from the Ken Blanchard College of Business.

  Mark Winchester is the Deputy District Director for the Houston District Office of the U.S Small Business Administration and has been with
  the agency for 10 years. As Deputy District Director, Winchester’s duties include supervising district staff and assisting the District Director
  in  overseeing the delivery of SBA programs and services in the 32 counties served by the district. Last year, this included over $1Billion in
  loan guarantees and surety for small businesses in the district.
  Winchester is also the 2015 Ike Award Recipient. Established by President Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1957 the President's Award for Distinguished Federal Civilian Service was created to allow the President to recognize civilian officers or employees of the federal government who have made contributions "so outstanding that the officer or employee is deserving of greater public recognition than that which can be accorded by the head of the department or agency in which he is employed."
