What is the Golden Bell Education Foundation?
The Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation, Inc., known as Golden Bell, is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation that was created by the Chamber's Board of Directors as a separate operating entity for the sole purpose of supporting the Boca Raton Public School System. Since its inception in 1991, Golden Bell has granted more than $978,000 to Boca Raton's K-12 public schools. Now, on the cusp of its 20^th Anniversary, the Foundation's Board of Directors believes that, now more than ever, a quality education is the cornerstone of a successful business community.

Golden Bell's ongoing vision is to create:

* Supplemental Funding to enhance and broaden the scope of available programs and scholarships in Boca Raton's K-12 public schools and to offset shortfalls in State and Federal budgets.

* Opportunities for Academic Excellence to ensure that our children are fully supported in their pursuit of academic achievement.
