ICF Certification has never been as important, and its importance is growing each year. Within 3-5 years a credential will become crucial for successfully working as a coach. Beginning Februrary 2012 join professional coaches Janine Schindler, MCC and Katherine Poehnert, PCC for the A.I.M. (All-Inclusive Mentoring) Program that meets all ICF criteria for mentor coaching when applying through the portfolio process and supports you in achieving this important professional goal, plus much more!

Each AIM Teleclass Will Focus On... 

• A description of the competency and why it is important.
• How the competency is utilized in a coaching session
• Specific client examples for each competency
• Coaching demos using Best Practices
• Practice role-plays with instructional feedback

Each Individual A.I.M. Mentoring Session Will Focus on...

• Reinforcement of all competencies to ensure understanding of utilization.
• Uncovering and exploring coach's strengths and areas for improvement
• Coaching demo
• Coaching role-play with feedback
• Ensuring coach is readyfor the oral exam
