The AIM program was energizing, challenging and fulfilling all at the same time. The unique balance of group and 1-1 mentoring was a great way to learn and receive advice on how to best coach my client specific issues. The AIM program was exactly what I needed to hone my coaching skills and feel confident to apply for my ICF accreditation.

ACC Professional Life Coach
Working with Janine and Kathy provided me with the one on one feedback I needed to evolve my coaching style. By integrating one observation they shared with me, I have become a more powerful coach. The training itself prepared and provided me with what I needed for ICF accreditation but I am still using what I learned and am more effective because of it.

ACC NYU Coaching Certificate Program Graduate
I had the privilege of participating in one of Janine's mentoring groups earlier this year. Janine is as fine, professional and knowledgeable a coach as one could hope to find. She leads by example and is passionate about imparting her vast wealth of knowledge to others who also want to learn. Janine facilitated a safe, interactive group experience where we learned from one another. It is amazing how much better I have felt about myself as a competent professional ever since. Janine is a pro. I would say that anyone who has the opportunity to learn from her would be best served to grab it while they can!
Thank you Janine.

Kathy really made the mentoring process fun and enjoyable. Out of all the training hours I have gotten, I truly feel that my time spent with Kathy was, by far, the most valuable. I've named it Breakthrough Laser Learning! Kathy gave constructive feedback in a diplomatic and clear manner, which allowed me to hear it and act on it with confidence. She gave me positive feedback that inspired me. Most of all, I felt empowered to take a risk, with my client, and this greatly improved my skill set.

iPEC Coaching Graduate
Working with AIM was a very important step for me in my coaching evolution. Having been a coach for many years, I found myself learning many new and innovative things I could add to my style, and learning that many of the coaching habits actually took away from my effectiveness. The training was essential for me to be ready for my ICF accreditation and I would take this course even if I didn't want the ICF label. It made me a better coach.
