Riding the Dragon: Strengthening Your Life in Challenging Times

Dr. Robert Wicks will discuss secondary stress, the stress experienced in caring for others, and offer insight on how we can remain resilient and not lose our inner fire.

The Health Care System May Be a Mess – But You Don’t Have To Be

Dr. G. Scott Morris explains how health care went wrong, how the church can offer real answers and how you can take charge of your own wellness.

Trauma Queens - Trading Hurt for Hope and Healing

Wanda Sanchez and Shelly Beach share Wanda’s story of her search for healing from the effects of over forty years of post-traumatic stress disorder related to a personal trauma she experienced as a young girl. They will offer insights into PTSD, including guidance regarding the associated symptoms and struggles, as well as interventions and hope for treatment.
