A variety SoLita's favorite Italian specialties
Served with Ruffino Prosecco

Appetizer:
Pan fried mozzarella with tomato's, thinly sliced prosciutto and arugula
Served with Robert Mondavi Chardonnay, Napa Valley

Pasta:
Porcini Mushroom Ravioli in SoLita's house-made Bolognese sauce
Served Wild Horse Pinot Noir, Central Coast

Entrée Choice:
Braised short ribs in a red wine Demi glaze
Served with Franciscan Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
