The Indianapolis Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) invites you to participate in CSI Trade Show 2012, our annual COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PRODUCT SHOWCASE!  By all accounts: "It's the Best Trade Show Around"!  This is your chance to sign up and be a part of the show.  We always sell out early, so don't wait!

GREAT LOCATION

Once again, the Riverwalk Banquet Center at 6729 Westfield Blvd in beautiful Broad Ripple will be the location of this great show.  This central location includes plenty of free parking, providing easy access for exhibitors and attendees alike.

DATES AND TIMES:

The show will be held on the third Thursday in September; September 20, 2012.  The schedule of the day will be:  Exhibitor Setup from 11AM-2:30PM; Show Time from 3PM-8PM; Tear Down the same night from 8PM-9PM

REGISTRATION

Payment in full will be required at time of registration.  Your booth will not be reserved until the Indianapolis Chapter CSI receives full payment.  Early Bird registration ends July 20, 2012.  Exhibitors from the 2011 show will have preference to reserve the same booth from last year, but only though the end of early registration.  After early registation, booths will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.  Those who were not in last year's show, or those wishing to change booth locations are encouraged to register early to be at the top of the list when booth assignments are made after August 31, 2012.  To get your prime booth location, and to save money, register today!

BOOTHS

Each 8 Foot by 10 Foot booth will include (1) 6 Foot by 2 Foot skirted table.  Tabletop exhibitors will be provided with (1) 6'x2' skirted table.  Booth rental includes an 8' high back drape and 3' high side drapes. You will have the option of renting additional tables and chairs and other display equipment as well as power from our exhibit contractor.  Exhibits will be required to remain within the booth footprint, and must not exceed 8' in height within the back 50% of the booth or 4' in height in the front 50% of the booth.  Exhibitors may not attach booth decorations to the walls, ceilings, or any other part of the facility.  Damage resulting from such attachments shall be paid for by the Exhibitor.

FEE STRUCTURE

Premium corner booths, facing two aisles for maximum visibility, are the most expensive single booths.  Prime inside corner double booths are also available.  Booth pricing reflects a significant discount for Indianapolis Chapter CSI members.  Become a member and save!  Contact csitradeshow@gmail.com to find out how.  All fees go up after early registration ends.
