Registration Dealine: August 31, 2012

Cost: $800 per restaurant. There is a discount for multiple restaurants within a single ownership ($700 each for 2; $650 each for 3 or more). The online registration system allows only one restaurant per email address. If you are signing up more than one restaurant, please use a different e-mail address for each or register by mail.
