Nevada Medicaid Registration and Attestation Process 

Nevada Medicaid EHR Incentive Program Registration and AIU (Adopt, Implement, Upgrade) Attestation launches In the first part of August.  

To begin the process you need to register using the Medicare and Medicaid EHR Incentive Program Registration and Attestation System.  In order to register for the EHR Incentive Program you must have a PECOS (Provider Enrollment, Chain, and Ownership System) user ID and password.  You can check your PECOS log in information here.
