About Janice Kinder
Janice Kinder has earned a reputation for excellence as a workplace presenter, educator, coach, and facilitator. She has delivered hundreds of workshops on leadership, management, team building, organizational development and workplace relationships. Janice's expertise in organizational development and leadership coaching has been brought to bear in a wide range of business environments. A published business columnist, Janice has served as adjunct faculty for a number of education organizations.
Prior to (and occasionally since) starting her own consulting firm in 1990, she has held a number of senior management positions overseeing strategic planning, business development, marketing and public affairs. A graduate of the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology's Graduate Certification in Executive Coaching program, she is also specifically trained in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching.
