The Women's Small Business Association (WSBA) is proud to present our 6th annual Pittsburgh Entrepreneur Conference and Honoring Extraordinary Women Awards Luncheon
This signature event to be held on April 2, 2014 will be our most intensive yet! The PIttsburgh Entrepreneur Conference will focus on the different components that contribute to a successful business. The 2014 event includes a full day of education, networking, service vendor presentations and a series of engaging speakers!
9:00 - 9:50 am: Registration/Networking
10:00 - 10:35 am: Mary Lee Gannon, CAE from Starting Over Now. She presents, "Executive Academy: Discovering the Innermost You"
You have to manage a lot in little time - a household, family obligations, work, employees, a home, friends, your health, parents and more. How do you fit it all in, build your business, and feel joy? In this session Mary Lee Gannon helps you align it all by searching inside yourself to uncover how self-knowledge leads you to attract more clients with your unique value. Mary Lee’s personal turnaround came as a stay-at-home mother with four children under seven-years-old who endured a divorce that took her and her children from the country club life to public assistance from where she reinvented her life to support her family. Today she is an executive coach and the CEO of St. Margaret Foundation, a $21 million organization. Bring a notebook and pencil and learn the strategies that got her there.

Today, customers have an increasing desire to be invited into a two-way conversation where they can be heard and understood and get to the root of their problems, not "pitched to" to buy a quick service or product. in this informative and higly-engaging session, participants will learn the secrets to develpoing the Know, Like, & Trust factor through the art of relationship-building versus pushing sales and being viewed as a "pesky" salesperson. Participants will learn valuable tips for creating customer sustainability which result in increased profit margins.
