Presents Meet the Winemaker Tasting with Markham Vineyards

 

Join DiStasi Restaurant & Banquet Center at 400, along with Heidelberg Distributing, in welcoming president and winemaker Bryan Del Bondio of  Markham Vineyards. Sample five of Markham Vineyards wines along with a selection of appetizers for $25, including tax and gratuity. Bottles of  wine purchased at the event will be personally signed by Bryan.

An additional tasting of two single vineyard, limited production Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon wines will be offered for $15.  Named The Philanthropist and The Altruist, their bottlings were inspired by the recipients of the Mark of Distincton charity. Each year, Markham Vineyards awards two $25,000 grants to individuals or groups across America committed to making a “Mark of Distinction” in their neighborhood, town or city.

Originally established by Jean Laurent, the Markham Winery dates back to 1879. Markham’s Winery has the distinction of being the fourth oldest continuously operated winery in Napa County. Markham Vineyards owns 350 acres of vineyards strategically located in several of Napa Valley's best growing regions. From its Calistoga vineyards in the north to Oak Knoll in the south, Markham has the luxury of hand-selecting grapes from several diverse microclimates to achieve its balanced and rich wines.
