Purpose of Event

A win-win-win event...

• Vendors/Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers and Discharge Planning support staff.

• Hospital staff are able to gather resource information, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.

• Proceeds from the booth fees will be used to support low income patients in need.

Resource Fair Agenda

11 - 11:30am Set-up, Vendors arrive no sooner than 10:45
all payments and registrations will need to be paid prior to booth set up.

11:30am State of the Union, Lisa Wills

12 - 2pm Event, Vendor Fair

Registration Options:

When registering please select one of the following registration options. All prices are suggested donations to the hopital.(please note that registration has closed for hospice, we have reached capacity for that service)

• CEU poster & Marketing (1/2 table, Retirement Connection Sponsors Only)- $75
• Marketing only (1/2 table)- $150
  
• Community Resource table (shared table with brochures only)- $25
