DISCERNMENT: HOW TO DISCOVER THE WHAT AND THE WHO - Leader: The Rev. Canon Liz Beasley, Canon to the Ordinary
In the church, a word that comes up frequently is "discernment," especially when choosing a priest for a congregation, or deciding whether someone is called to be ordained, or just wondering what to do. Discernment is how to listen for God's direction. But how to do it? This workshop will talk about discernment methods and what we are doing in discernment.
