Patient Centered Care in Action"Go for the Gold" Event for physician office practices. Combined morning session with breakout sessions at the Salt Lake Community College Miller Campus. Registration starts at 8:00am. After the event there will be a physician office practice HealthInsight Quality Award ceremony and luncheon from 12:30 - 1:30pm.
