Bring your friends and come for an evening of food, wine and conversation with cookbook authors
Debra Ponzek, Michele Stuart and Marina Marchese
Debra Ponzek is co-owner of specialty food store Aux Delices and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. At age 28 she was named one of the ''Ten Best New American Chefs' by Food & Wine Magazine. She has written four cook books: French Food American Accent, The Summer House Cookbook, The Family Kitchen, and The Dinnertime Survival Cookbook.
Michele Stuart is the owner and pastry chef of Michele’s Pies in Norwalk and Westport. After the success of her first book, Perfect Pies, National Pie Baking Champion Michele Stuart is back with Perfect Pies & More, with recipes for dozens of her favorite fruit, nut and cream pies.
Marina Marchese is the founder of Red Bee ® Artisanal Honey. She is the co-author of The Honey Connoisseur with Kim Flottum, editor of Bee Culture Magazine. Her internationally bestselling memoir, Honeybee Lessons from an Accidental Beekeeper, chronicles Marina’s journey into beekeeping, plus everything you ever wanted to know about honeybees.
Tickets are $15, with proceeds to benefit the Library.
Doors open at 6 p.m. for a wine reception.
