KEYNOTE SPEAKER: CAROLINE SAMPANARO
Caroline is the Senior Director of Campaigns and Organizing at Transportation Alternatives, New York City’s leading transportation advocacy organization, with a citywide network of more than 100,000 supporters committed to reclaiming New York City’s streets for people. She is one of the nation’s foremost advocates for bicycling for transportation and has helped spearhead New York City’s rapid transformation into a bicycle-friendly city since 2006. In her role at Transportation Alternatives, Caroline directs dozens of grassroots campaigns to transform streets and adopt sustainable transportation policy in NYC, and manages the network of thousands of New Yorkers making that change a reality on the ground. [Learn More About Caroline]

Sparta Synergy of Montpelier, VT will be hosting the Vermont Bike Expo in conjunction with the 2014 Vermont Walk/Bike Summit. The Vermont Bike Expo will feature cycling events on Friday and Saturday. Tickets sold separately; visit Sparta Synergy to register and purchase.
