Priority Issue Team Meeting Agenda Highlights:
Coastal Community Resilience Team - The goal is to discuss newly funded team projects and the progress on the current action plan. A focus will be on learning about current resilience projects in the region and how team members may connect with them. Throughout the meeting, the team will work toward strategic objectives for future work and product promotion. Draft Agenda
Ecosystem Integration & Assessment Team - The team will consider ways to refocus by discussion cross-cutting issues with current and future focus areas and priorities. The anticipated discussion outcomes will be included in a blueprint that will guide priority issue team activities through 2015. Draft Agenda
Environmental Education Team - The meeting goal is to move the team forward through cooperative actions and projects. Objectives include Priority Issue Team stewardship, education, and outreach needs; and open dialog with Bethany Kraft, External Affairs RESTORE Council, concerning stewardship with the RESTORE program. Habitat Conservation & Restoration Team - This team will discuss updates and future actions on the Habitat Practioners Forum, US-Mexico International Integration, Living Shorelines, SLAMM Modeling, and Regional Sediment Management and Beneficial Use. Draft Agenda
Nutrient Reduction Team - The goal for the Nutrients Team is to determine the best approach in moving forward, efficiently and collaboratively. Time will be spent working to recognize achievements and benefits of those achievements, and looking toward future efforts as we work and leverage with others. Draft Agenda
Water Quality Team - The goal for the Water Quality Team is to discuss how best to move the WQ Team action plan forward and set the foundation for the team’s future efforts. Objectives are identification of potential priorities and an initial plan forward for team operations. Draft Agenda
