Suzanne Kline is responsible for overseeing the fiduciary investment platform for The Private Bank, leading the regional Investment Team and growing and developing the Private Bank’s client base in this market. She joined Wells Fargo in 2008 as a Senior Investment Strategist for The Private Bank in New York City. In that capacity, Suzanne worked with some of the firm’s most complex and globally diversified investment relationships. She worked with her clients to create asset allocation strategies and build portfolios to help meet her client’s investment objectives while managing risk.

  Garrick Brown manages his company’s staff of researchers and is responsible for producing the firm’s analyses and forecasts for the Western United States. He also produces a number of Cassidy Turley’s national publications focusing on the investment market and frequently authors white papers on prescient commercial real estate topics.  He is responsible for all of Terranomics’ retail publications, as well as ChainLinks’ national research reports and forecasts. Garrick is also the editor of our weekly retail publication, the Terranomics Retail Newsline, which is distributed weekly to over 15,000 retail real estate professionals.

  Meade Boutwell is a 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, specializing in office leasing with extensive experience in tenant and property representation.  He has sold, leased or subleased over 10 million square feet of commercial space in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Meade is a leading advocate for sustainable real estate and is one of the first sales professionals in San Francisco to receive the LEED AP O&M designation.  He is Chair of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the U.S. Green Building Council’s Northern California Chapter.

  Christopher Coleman has more than 30 years of global experience in the media and technology sectors. He joined DropBox last year to lead the global real estate and office functions and secured new space at 333/345 Brannan St., San Francisco. Prior to Dropbox, Chris was a Google real estate executive for ten years, where he strategically planned, leased, designed, and built offices in more than 50 cities. Prior to Google, Chris worked for 12 years, at CNN and Turner Broadcasting. He managed the design and construction of new networks–CNN International, CNN En Espanol and CNN Financial News, while master-planning and renovating CNN’s headquarters in Atlanta.

  Samantha DuVall is the Vice President, Business Development at Chandler Properties, one of the largest locally owned and operated property management companies in San Francisco. Founded by her mother, Carolyn Chandler 33 years ago, the company has grown to manage over 5,000 residences in apartment buildings and condominium associations. Since joining the company in 2007, Samantha has developed the internal investment sales department, brokered over $50M in apartment building sales, and acquired new apartment building investment opportunities for her own real estate portfolio.

  Tom McDonnell is responsible for overseeing office, retail and industrial brokerage activities and managing brokerage teams in San Francisco, the East Bay, Peninsula and Silicon Valley. Prior to joining Shorenstein in 2005,  he was a director with Cushman & Wakefield responsible for both tenant and landlord brokerage representation in San Francisco. Tom graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S.

   As Director, Todd oversees Business Attraction and Retention, Small Business, Film, International Trade and Commerce, Workforce Development, and the Neighborhood Development divisions. Todd was previously the Deputy Director for the Department, where he lead the city’s business attraction and retention efforts, with a focus on key business sectors including technology, biotech, cleantech, financial and professional services and manufacturing. Todd received a Masters in Urban Planning in 2004 from the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University, after which he worked for the City of New York.

Brandon Wang is responsible for acquisitions and development feasibility in Northern California for Kilroy Realty.  Since joining Kilroy in September 2011, Brandon has been involved with over 3.0M square feet of acquisition and development activity, representing over $2.0B in investments. He has over eight years of commercial real estate experience, having held positions with Lowe Enterprises, Morgan Stanley, and Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining Kilroy. Brandon is the co-chair of Developing Leaders for NAIOP, is a member of ULI, and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
