Join your local health care colleagues and HealthInsight for a half-day action packed event focused on giving your practice the skills, stategies and tools needed to be successful in "Navigating Transformation."
We will start the day with a morning plenary followed by learning and action network breakout sessions. Then, join us for lunch and our quality award celebration.

Featuring national speaker- Rachel Willard-Grace, director of research Center for Excellence in Primary Care, University of California, San Francisco "Engaging Patients and Families: On the Cusp of a New Frontier in Health Care" Rachel Willard-Grace will share her knowledge on the importance of patient and family engagement, teach participants how to assess where their practice is now in terms of patient engagement and help practices identify strategies to better engage patients as partners in their care.
And local patient advocate- Jodi Hansen, parent advocate Utah Parent Center "Positive Partnerships for Hope" Jodi Hansen and her son, Jacob, will share their experiences and explain, from a patient perspective, why patient-centered care is so important in a physician office setting. |
