Workplace Wellness Webinar Series for Hamilton Employers

Employers and Workplace Wellness Leaders: You are invited to register for free workplace wellness webinars offered this Fall.

For the past several years Workforce Planning Hamilton has partnered with the City of Hamilton, Public Health Services to offer workplace wellness workshops to local employers. This year we are offering the Workplace Wellness Webinar Series, presented by Towers Watson.

Engaging Employees in Health and Wellness.  

New approaches and tools that are helping organizations make health benefit programs more engaging and easier to deploy, manage and measure will be reviewed. Webinar leaders are Keri Alletson and Ofelia Isabel.

Employers' Role in Workplace Stress Prevention and Positive Mental Health Promotion.  

The role of employers in improving mental health in Canada will be covered. Some of the questions that will be answered include:

  • What is the workplace impact of stress and poor mental health?
  • Is there a business case to suggest employers can benefit from investing time and resources on this issue?

Keri Alletson's areas of interest span the full spectrum of workforce and workplace issues, and her focus is on helping employers align HR programs to contribute to sustainable talent management practices that enable better workforce performance.
