  Increase your knowledge and understanding of the concepts of principal leadership, shared leadership, and balanced leadership as well as the Balanced Leadership Framework.

• Developing a Purposeful Community | July 21-22
  Engage in a variety of hands-on learning experiences that promote a deep understanding of the importance of developing a positive school culture in your school, or what we call “a purposeful community."

• Managing Change | July 23-24
  Learn how to initiate, monitor, and lead change effectively. Receive practical guidance for leading straightforward “first-order” changes as well as more challenging “second-order” changes.

• The Focus of Leadership | July 25
  Learn the best leverage points for improving student achievement and how to select improvement initiatives that will result in better student learning and overall school improvement.

Who should attend?
Principals, assistant principals, new and emerging leaders, and other school-level leaders

Registration fee
$989 per person for the entire Institute. Prices for individual sessions vary. Includes lunch, snacks, workshop manual, and copy of The Balanced Leadership Framework: Connecting Vision with Action.
