Hospital Resource Fair and CEU Event

A win-win-win event...

1) Providers have the opportunity to network with Hospital Case Managers, and Discharge Planning support staff.

2)Hospital staff are able to gather resource information from serval vensors at one location, while obtaining Continuing Education Credits.

3) All registration fees are used to support the Low Income Patients Discharge Fund. (Last year we coordinated the fundraiing of more than $10,000 for local hospitals and their patients).

CEU's: 2 CEU credits have been approved by CCMC for Case Managers and this is an approved body for Oregon Social Workers
 

Agenda

11:30am Set-up, Vendors arrive no sooner
all payments and registrations will need to be paid prior to booth set up

12pm State of the Union and Welcome, by Case Management Staff

12 - 2pm Event, Vendor Fair- Box Lunches for Case Management Staff

2pm Door Prize Drawing followed by vendor tear down
(vendors should not plan to break down early)

Deadlines: CEU posters are due 35 days prior to obtain approval from CCMC.
