Thinking of the Future:
The Link between Conservation Easement Drafting, Stewardship & Enforcement
A Roundtable Discussion
Join us for the final session in our 2014 Model CE Training Series, a roundtable discussion on conservation easement drafting and its effect on the future stewardship and enforcement of the property. This discussion, moderated by Lindsay Suhr (Land Conservation Director at the Connecticut Forest & Park Association), will focus on prioritizing purpose clauses, baseline documentation, clearly describing definitions, creating resource zones, land management, current enforcement issues, and so much more! Bring your own stories/solutions for a fun and interesting morning of peer to peer learning.
