Horizon's 13th Annual Golf Outing and Banquet 

Horizon is excited to hold its annual golf outing at Blackhawk Trace Golf Club at Indian Lakes Resort in Bloomingdale, Illinois.  After a $3 million renovation, Blackhawk Trace Golf Club is one of the finest in Chicago.  It boasts 27 holes of championship golf. It has played host to three NGA Hooters Tours and three local qualifiers for the LaSalle Bank Open, a Nationwide Tour Event.

Golfers can enjoy a full service practice facility with 4 putting greens and a driving range.  In addition, golfers can find well kept and clean locker rooms complete with showers to freshen up after a fun day out on the course. All funds raised from this event will benefit our week-long summer camp for adults with physical disabilities that Horizon has been providing since 1992.  This year marks our 24th year giving adults with physical disabilities a place to escape the realities of life and to socialize, to interact, and learn from one another in a relaxed and fun environment.  Our camp is offered free of charge to all participants.  To do this, Horizon relies on folks like you!

Golf includes 18 holes on one of the four courses, driving range privileges, GPS equiped golf cart, professional scoring, and shower and locker room privileges. Enjoy a delicious buffet style meal, bid on our silent auction items and win some great raffles. You don't want to miss our musicical entertainment by an 80's cover band, Sunset Strip! Our very own Mike Abbinanti will MC the event. Includes a meal of salad, sirloin of beef, baked chicken, pasta marinara, potatoes, and a vegetable medley. Also includes a 4 hour open bar!
