C3: Connect, Communicate, Collaborate: Strengthening the Service Delivery Network in Hamilton

All employment and training service providers from front line staff to managers are invited to attend C3: Connect, Communicate, Collaborate, a half day event on March 4, 2015. 

The mandate of C3 is to improve connections across the service delivery system to ensure that clients are receiving the right services from the right organizations.

There will be two sessions, held in the morning and afternoon, with the same agenda. Service providers are invited to attend one of the sessions.  Please indicate on your registration form which session you will be attending.

What will take place?

• Hear the findings from the C3 project: A celebration of our community's good work!
• Hear a keynote speech by JP Hatala, Client Centred Services: Practical tips, advice and strategies 
• View the relaunched www.WINHamilton.ca site
• Visit displays by service providers
• Connect with your peers

We encourage ALL employment and training providers to attend! Light refreshments will be served. Free parking.
