Intro to Vehicle Defense Tactics - July 18 

Course Summary:
We spend a good deal of time in the vehicles we drive every day, yet very little (if any) time training how to fight in and around those vehicles. Vehicular crime is common and violent. Learn how to recognize, avoid, and if necessary defeat the attackers in a vehicle gunfight.

Prerequisites:
There are no pre-requisites for this class. However individuals must demonstrate general safety including muzzle awareness and trigger finger discipline during the live fire drills at the beginning of class before being allowed in the vehicles.

Course Length/Hours:
1 Day - 9:00am-5:00pm

• Marksmanship Fundamentals
• Malfunctions 
• Cover vs. Concealment 
• Gear Placement 
• Shooting from the vehicle 
• Weapon Access while in a vehicle 
• Movement in and around vehicles 
• Shooting on the move

Ammunition Requirements:
300 Rounds

Gear Requirements:
Modern Defensive Pistol, 3 magazines and mag pouches, holster made for the pistol, ear and eye protection, scarf to cover your nose and mouth while shooting through vehicle glass, clothing appropriate for climate and conditions, water bottle or other hydration system encouraged, and lunch and snacks for the day.

Course Cost:
Introductory price of $175: Tuition includes instruction, range/vehicle access, and refreshments. It is recommended that students bring food and additional snacks.
