The Mighty Men Taskforce is a team of Godly men from Christian Mentors Network who are assigned with the task of discovering how to disciple every man to full maturity in Christ. (Colossians 1:28-29) Over the last 15 years CMN has proven that the most effective way to disciple men is through one-on-one mentoring relationships. 

Recon Day is led by National Director Barry Lynch who has been with CMN since 2007. Barry created the Mighty Men Taskforce after personally mentoring more than 60 men.

Men, who attend Recon Day, hear authentic testimonies from men who have personally experienced real heart transformation. They bring the battle to faithful men and help them engage in the process of transforming other men into victorious warriors for Christ! (2 Timothy 2:2-4)
