Finding, Hiring & Retaining Top-Tier Talent

Description:  Our Triangle-area job market is one of the strongest in the country.  As a result of this region’s success, competition for talent amongst local employers is incredibly high.  Given these market dynamics, how should companies go about identifying the best talent?  What are some strategies for encouraging top employees to join your organization?  How can each of us guard against losing our star performers to other offers? This workshop will highlight tips and techniques for maximizing a company’s most important resource – talent.  Learn more about how an HR department truly can become a profit center when the selection process is refined, turnover is reduced, and corporate culture is preserved. Refreshments are not provided, but feel free to bring coffee, water, or snacks for the workshop.
