PWN MEETING:
EMOTIONAL MASTERY FOR SUCCESS:
MANAGING EMOTIONS LIKE BURNOUT, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY AS YOU LIVE YOUR PURPOSE

Professionally, you are doing amazing. You are on top of you game but then a major life event happens such as a marriage, birth, death, or accident, or you start to burnout. Now your personal life is a priority and the emotions you feel are intense. You may feel like these emotions are taking over your daily functioning and even throwing you off your “success” path.

Emotional mastery for success is about how to manage emotions on a day to day so you can stay aligned to your success vision. Even if you are constantly feeling exhausted, unhappy, frustrated, depressed or sad, these
emotions can be a fuel for you to further succeed in your purpose.

Manpreet Dhillon, a Success Coach and contributor to Chicken Soup for the Soul book "Time to Thrive" with her story, " Thriving while Grieving", will share her journey of how she overcame depression and grief to exceed her professional and personal goals in a year when she was finding her new normal after her younger brother had passed away.

In this session, attendees will discover their own success formula to managing their emotions, while they continue to thrive. Attendees will leave with practical tools to support them in their day to day as they deal with major life events.
