ADLI: "Approach, Deploy, Learning, and Integration" Workshop 

This workshop will address the “ADLI” Concept of writing and scoring the Baldrige Performance Excellence Criteria. ADLI is an acronym for “Approach”, “Deployment”, “Learning”, and “Integration”. Baldrige examiners use these 4 factors in evaluating and scoring Categories 1 – 6. Included in this workshop will a discussion of the features of each ADLI factor; how examiners consider and analyze each factor for scoring, and how ALDI fits into the Organizational Profile and Results sections. The workshop will be structured with some presentation and group discussion, use of examples to demonstrate application, and exercises to reinforce the concepts and the examples. Reference materials will be provided as hand-outs.

The workshop will be delivered by two National Baldrige Award recipients, one on whom was also a lead National Baldrige judge. The workshop will be held in the AM, from 8:30 to noon.
