Join us for a sneak peak of one of Atlanta’s hottest new restaurants! Venkmans is opening in the 4th Ward in September, but EGG Enthusiast Chef Nick Melvin is going to bring a sample of his menu and his love for cooking on the EGG for an unforgettable evening! Chef Melvin opened Empire State South and Rosebud restaurants and is now heading out on his own.
The menu includes Smoked Trout Beignets, Celery Salad with Apple Butter and Trout Cracklin, Charred Avocado, Cucumber, Celery and Crispy Chickpeas with Burnt Lemon Vinaigrette and Smoked Rib Tips with Korean Catsup and Pickled Carrots.
