Educational Lunch and Community Event at the Virginia Air & Space Center

Join VHF on Saturday, November 14th for an educational lunch and community building day at the Virginia Air & Space Center.

Lunch will begin at 11:00 am at the Crowne Plaza Hampton Marina and the topic will be "Balancing Healthy Eating To Maintain A Healthy Lifestyle" presented by Marc Gilgannon, PT, UVA-HTC.

We will walk as a group over to the Air & Space Center after lunch, attendance at the educational lunch is required.

This community event is limited to those with a bleeding disorder and their immediate family and/or household members. Space is limited and some restrictions may apply.
