Stephen worked as a revenue agent for the IRS for seven years.  As a tax professional, enrolled agent and a CPA candidate, Stephen has developed a strong background in IRS procedures, corporate and individual taxes, tax law and international taxes.  He is well versed with S-corp, Partnership, Corporate returns, Not-For-Profit and Individual tax returns.  Stephen has strong experience with international tax issues from both a corporate and individual perspective Including the preparation of expat returns, filing requirements for foreign bank accounts and foreign entities.
