The 3-day conference includes lecture based inputs on:

• Acceleration Development and the Power-Speed Athlete
• Strength Training & the Developing Athlete

There will also be practical event-specific sessions on location at Truman Bodden Sports Complex, as well as Coaches roundtable Q&As.
