Reverend Annette Balaguer
Annette realized that it was by the grace of God that she enlisted in the military and was able to fulfill a childhood dream to travel to different parts of the world. Since childhood she has always had a desire to share what she had with others. She loves to volunteer her time, talent and resources to help others. Annette was educated in the Tate County public schools, received an Associate Degree in Applied Science from City Colleges of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina. She is a retired military veteran.
She gave her life to the Lord in 1971. She is the loving and devoted wife of Reverend Ramon E. Balaguer (her knight in shining armor). She is the mother of two boys, Mario Andreas Balaguer and Andrew Markell Balaguer. Annette attends and is active in the ministry at Daniel Circle Chapel on Fort Jackson and First Ecumenical Church in Columbia, SC.
