eCommerce for Small Business - Learning to Sell Online

Description:

In this workshop, we'll focus on the ins and outs of selling online.

eCommerce has changed quite a bit in the last 5 years and has become a mainstream, virtually mandatory function of product-focused businesses.

We'll review popular online point of sale and shopping cart systems. We’ll discuss setup and operational considerations such as how to: list your products, handle sales tax issues, manage inventory and reporting.

The goal of this class is to prepare you to select the right tools for your business and give you insight into how to get started.
