Trauma - Informed Beliefs and Core Trauma Knowledge 

Guest Speaker Melinda Page, PhD, LPC will discuss the prevalence of trauma, summarize the neurobiology and describe the fundamentals. Participants will learn how to recognize and measure posttraumatic symptoms and how it affects individuals, identify evidence-based treatments for PTSD and learn ground technique to use to prevent traumatization.
