PWN MEETING: LET ME SLEEP!

Ever wish you had just a few more minutes to sleep in the morning? No time in your schedule to pencil in a nap? What if you could make the most of the sleep you do get?

 Join Dr. Robert Comey to discuss:

 Why do we sleep?

 What is normal sleep?

 What are common sleep problems?

 How can I sleep better?

About Robert Comey, MD, FRCP(C):

Dr. Comey studied medicine at the University of Calgary where he completed his MD in 2004.  Following this, he moved to Ottawa for his psychiatry residency.  During this time he developed an interest in sleep disorders and decided to pursue a fellowship in sleep medicine at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire.  He is currently the Medical Director of MedSleep Vancouver and MedSleep Prince George, and is a consultant in the UBC Sleep Disorders Program.
