Epilepsy Education Seminar- Fort Dodge
The Epilepsy Foundation in Iowa is excited to bring your community an educational opportunity with information regarding Epilepsy Diagnosis and Treatment Options. Join us at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, May 10th at Best Western Starlite Village in Fort Dodge, Iowa where Dr. Babak Rezaei, a Neurologist at UnityPoint Neurology Clinic in Fort Dodge will be presenting:
Introduction to Epilepsy Diagnosis & Treatment
Dinner will be served buffet style with beef brisket, rotini pasta, tossed salad, BBQ beans, coffee and tea.
There will be epilepsy educational materials and free medical ID bracelets/necklaces for those with epilepsy. There is no cost to attend, as this is part of our epilepsy education and outreach efforts.
