Striving for 5 stars: Strategies to improve care in your home - Southern Willamette Valley 

Join Acumentra Health and your peers for the first in-person session for the Oregon Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative. This is a valuable opportunity to collaborate with fellow nursing homes and identify effective strategies for improving your star rating by improving care in your nursing home.

This session will also be offered in Portland on April 13 (please use this link to register for the Portland event). Please register for the venue that best supports your nursing home team's participation.

Objectives:
This session will prepare participants to

1. Describe at least one benefit of collaborating with other Oregon nursing homes
2. Identify two strategies to improve your nursing home’s star rating
3.  Propose one strategy to improve pain management

Who should attend:   Members of the Oregon Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative and their healthcare teams.

Continuing Education credit:  Nursing home administrator CE credit are pending.
