2016 WI Survivorship Forum 

The WI Survivorship Forum is a biennial event developed and sponsored by the WI Comprehensive Cancer Control Program in partnership with WI Cancer Council members focused on increasing awareness and knowledge of issues relevant to cancer survivors. The free day of learning, sharing and networking offers an opportunity for cancer survivors and providers to have an equal voice to listen and dialogue with each other.

Nursing Continuing  Education 

This activity has been planned and implemented using the educational design criteria of the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation through the joint providership of the Wisconsin Comprehensive Cancer Control Program and the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Nursing, Continuing Education in Nursing.  The University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Nursing,Continuing Education in Nursing is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Nursing,Continuing Education in Nursing is Iowa Board of Nursing provider 350.  Nursing contact hours will be awarded for successful completion of program components based upon documented attendance and completion of evaluation materials.  The University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Nursing, Continuing Education in Nursing designates this live activity for a maximum of 4.25 ANCC contact hours (5.1Iowa Board of Nursing contact hours).  Letters of award will be emailed to participants 2-3weeks after the activity.  

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

The University of Wisconsin-Madison,as a member of the University Continuing Education Association(UCEA), authorizes this program for 0.425 continuing education units (CEUs) or 4.25 hours.
