Educational Dinner at Dave & Buster's 

You’re invited to B Active - an educational speaker session for individuals affected by a bleeding disorder.

The topic will be “Using Fitness to Fight Back”. Discover how physical fitness can help defend against injury for people with hemophilia. Learn how to safely utilize fitness components like flexibility, core stability, strength training, and body movements to help prepare your body for a healthy, active lifestyle. 

Dinner and a $15 Dave & Buster’s power card will be provided.

Space is limited and priority will be given to those members that live in the Tidewater Region. This event is for individuals with a bleeding disorder and their immediate/household family members.
