REGISTRATION CLOSES Thursday, April 7 at NOON.
ATTENTION: Entry to MACDILL AFB:To get a base pass, please ensure that you fill out that portion of the event registration form. Base pass list closes the same day as online registration closes.
Please access MacDill AFB through the Dale Mabry Gate. Your name will automatically be placed on an Base Access List (BAL) with the gate guards. Mention that you are attending the SAME Luncheon at the Surf's Edge Enlisted Club and they will check your name and driver's license against the BAL. Please have your driver's license and current insurance available. If you are turned away because you failed to get a base pass, you will not be allowed on base, your registration fees will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy: A credit for the next meeting will be issued to an individual if an email is sent to the secretary (jeanne@polukaiservicescom) and confirmation received one week prior to the meeting. No refunds will be provided. No shows may be invoiced.

At ESG Dan leads the development of large engineering projects for federal agencies including the recent energy conservation project at James A. Haley VA Medical Center. Projects such as these permit ESG engineers to identify, design, fund and build energy savings construction projects. While at ESG he has developed over $200 million of projects as either the Lead Engineer or the Engineering Director with another $24M in final design.
His professional interests include Operations Research and Systems Analysis (ORSA), Modeling & Simulation of business decisions, statistical analysis for business analytics, quality control / capacity plans for business and manufacturing, and reliability analysis.
Dan’s professional history includes experience within the maritime industry as a licensed Engineer and Mate, the nuclear industry as a nuclear Shift Test Engineer (S5W reactors), and as an Engineering Manager for a variety of positions within the private and public sectors. As a US Naval Reserve officer he served in the US Merchant Marine Reserve, the US Joint Forces Intelligence Command and NATO Intel at SACLANT. Previous work includes senior engineering / management positions within the DoD, Carrier, BAE Systems, and Siemens Corporation
