VHF Annual Educational Meeting - INDUSTRY RSVP

Saturday, June 18, 2016  at the Doubletree by Hilton Charlottesville.

Registration is at 7:00 am and meeting will conclude by 5:00 pm.

Closer to the date of the event we will send a detailed email to all registered industry supporters. This email will include the agenda, booth set up times, what to bring, how many people to expect, etc...

PLEASE NOTE: We will not make hotel reservations for Industry Agents OR Industry Agents who are Consumers. However we do have a room block at the Doubletree by Hilton Charlottesville and we can extend our group rate to you.

Once you RSVP for the meeting we will send you a follow up email with instructions on how to reserve your room using our group rate.
