Welcome to Medicare Exam Overview

The Welcome to Medicare exam focuses on identifying modifiable risk factors for medical conditions that frequently affect the elderly, as well as education, counseling and referral for Medicare-covered preventive services.

Join guest speaker Dr. Kimberly A. Howerton, a practicing family practitioner from Jackson, Tenn., on June 8 starting at 11:30 a.m. CT for a one-hour Webinar to learn

which preventive and screening services Medicare covers to keep your patients healthy and find problems early when treatment is most effective.

As the second leading cause of cancer deaths, learn how to promote and refer Medicare patients to screen for colorectal cancer during the Annual Welcome to Medicare visit to help improve the rates of incidence and mortality in this population as they age.
