 Erica “Queenie” Castner, Founder of Queen of Results. From climbing the corporate ladder to entrepreneurship, Erica Castner knows the power of a great network. She helps business owners build a collaborative network of strategic referral partners and is the founder of, Queen of Results Coaching & Consulting. Erica is also the host of the podcast "Power Factor Biz Chat", where she interviews the most powerful and influential business building experts, throughout the world.  Erica is a member of The News-Press Young Professionals Advisory Board, the Above Board Chamber of Florida, the American Business Women's Association and several other organizations throughout Southwest Florida..  She is also a frequent guest columnist for Southwest Florida Business Today and a Gulfshore Business Magazine "40 under 40" alum.
