Join Acumentra Health and your peers for the first in-person session in Southern Oregon for the Oregon Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative. This is a valuable opportunity to collaborate with fellow nursing homes and identify effective strategies for improving your star rating by improving care in your nursing home.

Objectives:
This session will prepare participants to

1. Describe at least one benefit of collaborating with other Oregon nursing homes
2. Identify two strategies to improve your nursing home’s star rating
3.  Propose one strategy to improve pain management

Who should attend:   Members of the Oregon Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative and their healthcare teams.

Continuing Education credit:  Approval for CEUs for nursing home administrators is pending.
