2016 Indianapolis Chapter CSI Awards Banquet 

The Indianapolis Chapter CSI will host its annual Awards Banquet at the
Skyline Club on Thursday evening, June 16th. This event is the
culmination of our Chapter's accomplishments FY 2015-2016 and recognition
will be made to those individuals who have contributed to its continued
growth and stature. The event will begin at 6:00PM on the top floor of the One                                          American Building, located on the circle in the heart of downtown Indianapolis.

Valet Parking is available and free of charge! A CASH BAR, complimentary
hors D'Oerves and the timeless Piano music of Dick Simon will start at 6:00
with the buffet meal beginning at 7:15. Chapter President Joel Young will
begin the evening's Awards Presentation at 8:15.

Menu includes: Entrees: Pre-Carved Prime Rib with Horseradish Sauce,                                                         Pecan Encrusted Salmon with a Honey Bourbon Sauce, Lightly Breaded                                                             and Sauteed Breast of Chicken with Mushroom Marsala Sauce

Reservations can be made via the Chapter website @ www.csiindy.org. Cost is
$30 per person and must be made by 3:00PM on Monday June 13th. Reservations
made AFTER this time are at a cost of $40 per person and no cancellations
will be refunded AFTER June 13th. We hope that you and your loved ones will
come out to thank and honor those individuals who have given so much of
their time and talent to our Indianapolis Chapter CSI and to meet and mingle
with your fellow members in the spirit of fellowship and camaraderie. Should
