After passed hors d'oeurvres, Chef Author will be preparing a sizzling coffee rubbed hanger steak over cucumber saffron rice with jicama slaw for us. Dessert will be Chef's famous chocolate nut bark and will be served with fresh local raspberries and blue cheese.
Each course will be accompanied by a tasting of 868 wine from your box - a very special way to elevate your tasting experience! Additional wine will be available for purchase.
