Dr Brown is Chairman of MarketCulture Strategies, a Silicon Valley based company specialising in helping companies develop a stronger customer-centric culture. Dr Brown has worked as a management consultant, academic and an entrepreneur in start-up organisations. For more than 20 years he has worked with multi-national firms in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific to develop their market-focus capabilities and business strategies. He has had Visiting Professor appointments at several universities including INSEAD (France), Cranfield (England) and the University of Technology, Sydney (Australia). Linden has published 16 books on management, marketing and strategy.

Dr Brown is currently a Visiting Professor and member of the adjunct faculty at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), University of New South Wales.

Dr Brown gave a keynote at the World Marketing Summit 2015 in Japan at the request of Professor Philip Kotler See - http://worldmarketingsummit.jp/ and and recently led a global customer centricity forum at the Taco Bell International HQ in Los Angeles.

Chris L Brown is the former marketing director for Hewlett-Packard for the South Pacific Region, including Australia. For the past 10 years he has consulted to the leadership teams of Fortune 500 companies including IBM, PwC, 3M, BlackRock and Chevron among many others. His specialty is helping leaders to create customer-centered organizations that win in competitive marketplaces.

His writing is featured on the Harvard Business Review Blog, The Journal of Strategy and Leadership and B2B Magazine. He is a regular keynote presenter and workshop facilitator for the American Marketing Association and the Executive Next Practices Institute in Los Angeles.
